SIN 54151HACS – High Value Asset Assessments; Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, Cyber Hunt, Incident Response, and Penetration Testing
HACS SIN meets the growing government wide need for cybersecurity services. The GSA HACS SIN is essentially a cybersecurity government contract. This award allows for positioning to capture federal and state cybersecurity opportunities, which includes “proactive and reactive cybersecurity services that improve customer enterprise-level security posture”. This service provides awarded capability for Mission Multiplier to identify and protect a customer’s information resources, detect and respond to cybersecurity events or incidents, and recover capabilities or services impaired by any incidents that emerge.

IT Professional Services offers identity and access management solutions that meet requirements established in the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 and NIST guidance. These IT Professional Services include:
United States Air Force (USAF) Visible Accessible Understandable Linked Trusted (VAULT)
Multiple-award IDIQ that provides cyber-secure tools allowing USAF personnel to connect, find, share, and analyze data for the cloud-based Visible Accessible Understandable Linked Trusted (VAULT) data platform. The VAULT IDIQ is open to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Combatant Commands, and all military branches who require iteration and subject matter expertise in data preparation and architecture, data governance and maturity model evaluation, agile algorithm development, and data analytics.
Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) Analytical & Technical Support Services (ATSS)
The Mission Multiplier team has been awarded the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Analytical & Technical Support Services (ATSS) multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense and other DoD Fourth Estate clients. The team brings the expertise and experience with comprehensive capabilities to meet the challenges while delivering high quality, innovative solutions. Mission Multiplier’s team was awarded both the ATSS Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) and Full & Open (F&O) pools.
The ATSS IDIQ contracts are intended to provide analytic and technical support services to include acquisition and sustainment oversight support, capability portfolio management, engineering and agile methodologies, acquisition intelligence, policy analysis and support, business and financial support, international programs and security, legislative analysis and support, data science, data analytics, data governance, and technical support. The work will be performed at the Pentagon Reservation and across other locations in the National Capital Region.

Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) program office provides federal and state government agencies and organizations world-class program management and procurement services for their Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and knowledge-based professional engineering services mission requirements.
A Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance-Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) mission requirements throughout the world. RS3 has a $37.4B ceiling with a 10-year ordering period (five-year base ordering period and five-year optional ordering period). RS3 primary service areas include but are not limited to Engineering; Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E); Logistics; Acquisition and Strategic Planning; Education and Training Services.
