Mission Multiplier’s business model is designed to promote community goodwill, and is founded on giving back to the community. We believe that when objectives between people and organizations are aligned, the enhancement to the underlying mission is multiplied exponentially. Our business model is founded on directly linking performance to support of local non-profit organizations that are meaningful to each employee. In this way, each employee is incentivized to not only support their client’s mission, but also their own personal mission.

The mission of our local community is further served through the convergence of missions – multiplying the positive impact that a person and organization can have on the community. In this way, each person and organization involved becomes a Mission Multiplier.

Non-Profit Organization Directory

The Mission Multiplier Non-Profit Organization Directory is a collection of local non-profit organizations surrounding the Huntsville and Madison area. It was created to ensure that each Mission Multiplier employee would be able to make an informed decision about their company-based contributions to our community. Now, others in our community can download their own copies.
