The National Cyber Summit is next week on June 5th through 7th, and don’t think for a second that we won’t be there to represent the best business in Huntsville: Mission Multiplier.

When Mission Multiplier first arrived on the Huntsville scene, the National Cyber Summit immediately caught the attention of Jamie Miller, CEO of Mission Multiplier. One of his very first actions in Huntsville was to get involved with NCS. But it didn’t stop at only attending the summit. Jamie has been on the planning board for years now and is, thanks to his extensive connections from the time he spent working in the D.C. cybersecurity scene, is responsible for bringing in many of the Summit’s keynote speakers from this year and years past.

But we plan to bring more to the table than just Jamie Miller.

At our booth, we will be discussing some of the exciting developments we’ve been making to benefit the cybersecurity field. You will be able to learn more about ISSO-as-a-Service, which is a service we provide as an alternative to hiring an expensive full-time Information Systems Security Officer, as well the MARS Box, our new vulnerability scanning tool which analyzes and reports on the network it’s connected to. We will have representatives to talk about both products in full detail, and if you have any questions, they would be more than happy to answer them.

Another important topic we are eager to discuss is how to handle DFARS now that the December 2017 compliance deadline has passed. Achieving DFARS compliance can have major impacts for any industry handling CUI, and we would love to discuss what some of those impacts may be for you. Feel free to ask us about what this means for cybersecurity, how it affects your company, and how we can help you create and implement the appropriate security policies and documentation based on your company’s unique needs. We are also more than able to discuss future potential for DFARS compliancy as the regulations evolve. Just because the initial deadline has passed does not mean the conversation is over.

The National Cyber Summit is important to us here at Mission Multiplier, not just because it gives us a chance to talk to interested parties about our products, but because it gives us the chance to hear from you as well. We care deeply about the Huntsville community and the cybersecurity field. When you see us at the Summit, come talk to us. We can’t wait to meet you!
